POWERED BY LIGHT

Our Approach

If health feels confusing or out of reach—you’re not alone.

Like many others, we’ve spent years diving into health podcasts, chasing the latest trends, and trying to find the “right” formula for wellness and longevity.

But what if the answer is far simpler than we imagined!

What if real health doesn’t come from hacks or extremes, but from the simple understanding of what fuels our cells—and what breaks them down?

Thanks to the groundbreaking research of Dr. Gerald Pollack, we now have a deeper understanding of our connection to the natural world—and the vital role elements like light, water, and the earth play in supporting our health.

“The closer we get to truth the simpler it gets”

True healing begins when we reconnect with the elements and restore the body’s natural ability to generate and sustain energy at the cellular level—while limiting the things that deplete it. With this understanding, we can begin making more empowered, aligned choices for our health.

Bathing in Natural Sunlight (Especially First Thing in the Morning)

Getting out in the sun is one of the most powerful and natural ways to support the formation of EZ water in the body. Morning sunlight, in particular, helps regulate your circadian rhythm, enhance mitochondrial function, and elevate mood. Just 10–20 minutes of early sun exposure on your skin and eyes—without sunglasses or sunscreen—can significantly boost cellular hydration, energy production, and overall vitality.

Drinking Clean, Living Water

EZ water is formed from the water we consume, but contaminants like heavy metals, chlorine, and fluoride can disrupt the body’s ability to generate this structured water—interfering with cellular hydration and energy flow. By choosing clean, mineral-rich water, we provide our cells with the essential building blocks to form and sustain EZ water.

Eating Clean, Glyphosate-Free Food

Glyphosate, the active ingredient in many herbicides, is known to disrupt cellular function, impair mitochondrial activity, and interfere with the body's natural ability to structure water. Research suggests that glyphosate can act as an electron thief—compromising the negative charge essential for EZ water and disrupting the electrical integrity of our cells. By choosing organic, glyphosate-free foods and avoiding exposure to chemical herbicides, we reduce the toxic burden on the body and create an internal environment where EZ water can form more easily.

Grounding Yourself in Nature

Grounding—also known as earthing—supports the formation of EZ water by allowing the body to absorb free electrons directly from the earth. These electrons help maintain the negative charge that EZ water requires to form and remain stable. By walking barefoot on natural surfaces like grass, soil, or sand, we reconnect with the earth’s natural electrical field, reducing inflammation, supporting mitochondrial function, and enhancing the body’s ability to generate and sustain structured water.

Reducing EMF Exposure

Reducing EMF (electromagnetic field) exposure is an important step in supporting the stability and formation of EZ water in the body. Chronic exposure to artificial EMFs from Wi-Fi, cell phones, and electrical devices can disrupt the natural charge balance in our cells, impair mitochondrial function, and weaken the structure of EZ water. By minimizing EMF exposure—such as turning off devices at night, using wired connections when possible, and grounding regularly—we help preserve the body's natural electrical environment.

Light: Essential Fuel for Our Cells

The human body is about two-thirds water but even more remarkably, 99% of its molecules are water. Yet for decades, science has treated this water as inert—as if it just "fills space."

But it turns out that water is doing something far more powerful!

Dr. Gerald Pollack’s groundbreaking research reveals that the water in our cells isn’t ordinary—it’s highly structured and carries a negative charge.

This structured water, also known as Exclusion Zone (EZ) water, stores electrical potential and is charged by infrared light, acting like a cellular battery that helps power our cells. In addition, red light also boosts ATP production, meaning light enhances our energy and healing capacity in two key ways: by structuring the water in our cells and by increasing ATP production.

This helps explain why hundreds of studies highlight the benefits of red and near-infrared light—it supports the body at its most fundamental level: energy. The result is faster healing, reduced inflammation, improved circulation, healthier skin, better mood and more mental clarity!

At Redox, our approach is grounded in the body’s innate ability to heal—nurtured through connection with the natural elements.

Next Steps…

Although simple in theory, these things may not always to be easy to practice. That’s why we offer classes where you can connect with a community, ask questions and build a consistent practice!
