Learning to regulate your nervous system through the breath is one of the most powerful tools for cultivating calm, clarity, and inner strength.

In this class, we’ll use the cold as a training ground to apply that practice—challenging the body while staying grounded in the breath. It’s in the discomfort that we learn to access stability, focus, and resilience from within.

What to Expect

Step 1: Guided Breathing

Learn to regulate your nervous system through the breath. We'll guide you through simple breathing practices to help you meet the cold with calm, awareness, and intention.

Step 2: Cold Immersion

Using the breath and focus we’ve built, you will step into the cold plunge—activating resilience, sharpening focus, and reconnecting with your body through the power of controlled stress.

Step 3: Light

We finish in the sauna for 10 min, surrounded by infrared and red light. This final step supports deep recovery, boosts circulation, and further recharges your cells—leaving you more energized and renewed.
