What to Expect
Part 1: Cold Immersion
We’ll kick things off with a cold plunge, using the breath to meet the challenge of the cold and stay calm in the process. It’s a powerful way to practice moving through resistance and finding presence, even in discomfort.
Part 2: Heat & Light
We’ll then move on to heat & light and you’ll get to experience a 15-minute infrared sauna with red light therapy. You’ll learn how these therapies work together to boost energy, recovery, and overall well-being.
